Below is a list of the shopping centres that we can recommend in the area. Please note that this is not a comprehensive list as, if you’re prepared to travel further, there are signifcantly larger malls in the greater Johnnesburg Metro
Sasolburg Boulevard

Sasolburg Boulevard is a new shopping centre conveniently situated on the edge of Sasolburg, a 7 minute drive from the Vaal River Bush Lodge. It is the ideal place for a quick stop if you want to avoid the queues or busy shops. Their list of stores include national stores such as Super Spar, Tops, The Crazy Store, Chip and Dip, Water Source, Huizemark, Clicks and Woolworths to name a few. Legends Pro Angling is opening one of the biggest pro angling outlets in the country.
Sasolburg Mall
Sasloburg
Sasolburg Mall is a 33-store community centre in the Sasolburg CBD, a 11 minute drive from the Vaal River Bush Lodge. Newly renovated, it is anchored by Shoprite, Edgars and Jet Mart with a good selection of fashion stores. Fashion outlets include Truworths, Legit, Foschini, Markham, Exact and many more. OK Furniture and Capitec Bank also part of the centre’s offering. It is the new “go to” mall in Sasolburg.
Vaal Mall
Vanderbijlpark
Vaal Mall, the heart of Vanderbijlpark and the Vaal Triangle, offers 65 000m² of convenient shopping and is a 17 minute drive from the Vaal River Bush Lodge. The centre provides 150 fashion and retail stores, a food court with a variety of take-away and sit-down restaurants, a wide variety of bank services, 9 different promotional courts and free parking for over 3800 cars. Major anchor tenants include Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Edgars and Game.
The parking allows convenient access to the whole mall with entrance from Barrage Road, Rossini Boulevard and Helena Lochner Street.
